Extract images from PDFs with Acrobat Professional's Export All Images command

I'm often emailed PDF fi les that contain images, such as photos and drawings, that people in our sales department want placed in their sales brochures and handouts. Is there a way to obtain high-resolution versions of these images without having to resort to a method such as lowresolution screen captures?

The best way to obtain the images in a PDF document is to track down the original fi les. But many times there isn't enough time, or the fi les are lost, or they were created...
