This tutorial is inspired — as you can see — by the character "Davy Jones" straight out of "Pirates of the Caribbean." We′ve used this lady as our guinea pig, so to say, but once you learn how to, any person of your choosing is for you to take. Go ahead, plant those tentacles on your unsuspecting victims. We have made this image effect so simple, it′ll happen even before they realize what hit them.
