Utilize the Pages palette to create a gatefold and other multi-spread InDesign layouts (CS/CS2)

When you create a new InDesign document with facing pages, the first page always starts on the right. This is because most publications start with a cover page and open on the right. This theory doesn't always hold true on a printing press, though.
