Easily readjust a group of transformed objects (Illustrator CS/CS2)

Added on Thursday 4th of June 2009 09:23 am EST

The Transform effect enables you to apply a variety of effects such as duplicating, scaling, rotating, and moving to an object at one time. With it, you can create complex designs such as shown in Figure A. When you want to make a change to a transformed design, making changes to each individual object is a waste of your time. Instead, simply click on the Transform effect in the Appearance palette and make the necessary adjustments in the Transform dialog box. Click OK and your changes are applied to all of the objects.
