Quickly remove unused spot colors in InDesign

I created an illustration in InDesign using spot colors. As I worked, I tried about 30 different colors, and ended up using only three. Is there a simple way to remove the unused swatches? Several of the swatches are close in color, and I'm not certain exactly which ones to delete.
