Batch-extract multi-page PDFs into separate files

How do I automatically separate a PDF file that has multiple pages into individual PDF files at one time using Acrobat Reader? I don't want to have to extract each page at a time.

You can't make changes, extract pages, or add pages to a PDF using Acrobat Reader. Reader does just that, it "reads" PDF files. It is possible though with Adobe Acrobat Standard or Professional. Here's how to do it.

To extract separate PDF files from a multi-page PDF:
1. Open the multi-page PDF in Adobe Acrobat.
2. Click on the Pages tab to the left of your document window.
