Make your own hand-held 3-D glasses

We showed you how to create amazing 3-D images in the article “Create eye-catching anaglyphs using Photoshop” in this issue of Inside Photoshop. But, in order to view our images and any you create, you need a pair of 3-D glasses.

If you don't have a pair of 3D glasses at home or work for just these occasions, you can make your own. Doing so is actually quite easy and affordable. We've even included a convenient template, shown in Figure A, that's actual size, so all you have to do is photocopy it, cut it out and make a few minor modifications.
